What does wan traffic counter exactly do anyway? Does it account for the graphs under Staus -> Bandwidth?

Due to the lack of RAM you must disable any non essential features. The common ram hogs are:
ttraff Daemon - This service makes pretty traffic graphs, but will load nvram.

If you have it enabled, you should have a graph under the Configuration Type section in:

Status --> WAN

The startup script didn't really help solve my problem. I still encounter it. Can someone finally say that this is a hardware limitation already?

When it wasn't stable, were you experiencing the same issue that is discussed in this thread?

@villager_tom

I don't know why but when I implemented the startup script that you provided, everything seems to be MORE unstable. It did't help at all. Any thoughts?

Any further help on this? Nothing really helped. The Wifi signals of this router are still very unstable which is hurting my head already. I always need to restore it to factory defaults to temporarily fix the problem and then after a few reboots the problem appears again. Is it time to upgrade to a newer router?
