I don't know what happened to Cisco. I really used to consider them the best out there. Anyway, mine is the new EA6500, and the firmware is still available on their website: http://homesupport.cisco.com/en-us/support/routers/EA6500

Perhaps for now, but the main point of this thread is to post actual firmware binaries, not links to firmware. In the case that we can no longer get these OEM firmwares, they would be available thru this thread..

I noticed that some of the file names have US in them. Example: FW_WRT54GL_4.30.15.002_US_20101208_code.bin Will this cause some problem for me if I live in EU? And can I flash the 1.1 versions firmware on 1.0 and vice versa? Thanks for sharing the firmwares.

Which is quite weird because they don't take the customers in EU into consideration where we can still buy the WAG320N brand new in stores.

We have lifetime complimentary assisted support in EU and they have to request the firmware from the US if they need it for a case.

But I would like to hear what you heard about linksys removing firmware from their site.
