I'm trying to get routing to work between the small network I have and my larger network. My A/P (Buffalo WHR HP G54) is set up with WAN disabled and I have assigned WAN port to switch via the GUI.

port5vlans=0 1 2 3 16
port3vlans=3 18 19
port1vlans=0 18 19
port4vlans=2 18 19
port2vlans=0 18 19
port0vlans=2 18 19

vlan2ports=0 4 5 16 18
vlan0ports=1 2 5*
vlan1ports=0 5

Then I created a new bridge called br1 and gave it vlan2

br1_netmask=255.255.255.0
wl0_br1_netmask=255.255.255.0
bridgesif=br1>vlan2>63
wl0_br1_nat=0
wl0_br1_enable=0
br1_mtu=1500
br1_ipaddr=10.10.0.3
wl0_br1_ipaddr=0.0.0.0
bridges=br0>Off>32768>1500 br1>Off>32768>1500

I disabled the SPI firewall. But I cannot route between each VLAN. Also is it mandatory that vlan0 is LAN and vlan1 is WAN (assuming you have it enabled?) Or are those just what the defaults are and can be changed?

I also noticed that in the GUI there is a bridge just called LAN. Is LAN in GUI equal to this parameter in NVRAM?

lan_default=

Thank You!
