Router: D-Link DIR-880L
Firmware: v24-sp2 (05/09/15) std (SVN revision 26866)
Previous: stock
Reset: Yes 30/30/30

Status: Wireless improved over the previous builds except that it is still broken and needs fixing, bandwidth and coverage are still not as good as stock, 5GHz shows it clearly, regulatory domain countries need to be looked at, setting Egypt kill ht40 wireless completely (signal becomes very poor almost not working at all)

Regulation implementation is the manufacturers business. Sometimes we apply workarounds to fix broken or outdated regulation implementation, but that's about it. With major countries regulation domain settings in driver are usually fine.

I can look the other way on selecting the country that is not a problem, the important thing now is the wireless issues

DD-WRT v24-sp2 (05/09/15) mega - build 26866M
Linux 3.10.77 #7849 Sat May 9 07:55:47 CEST 2015 mip
WOW!!! Everything works great.... couldn't believe it, had to do a reboot and it all still works GREAT.
No weird juju in syslog.
Restricted & pass thru firewall rules all work on guest network ...... I have main network restricted on guests all but local webserver and one printer for this device.

Edit:
E2500
DD-WRT v24-sp2 (05/09/15) mega - build 26866M
Linux 3.10.77 #7849 Sat May 9 07:55:47 CEST 2015 mips
[dd-wrt.v24-26866_NEWD-2_K3.x_mega-e2500.bin]

dd-wrt default router mode / create VAP / will not connect to WPA2-AES VAP until reboot.
All good.
Create an AP on local network same as the E1200 above and all works great even firewall rules... Yay!!!
I did have to change the MAC address for br1 on the E2500
Creating br1 separate network thru GUI its default MAC was same as br0 (LAN MAC) and trying to connect to wl0.1 would not obtain an IP. Change br1 MAC in Setup/Networking to what wl0.1 showed in GUI /Wireless/Basic Settings reboot and all was good to go.
GUI Command Shell seem to work fine in the K3.x.
I'm amazed -

HT40 mode does not work on my AC1450 (on 2.4Ghz radio)
In wireless settings I set it to N-only and Wide HT40 but on status page it still shows single channel and the rate is 72/65 Mbps

Edit: looks like it does not work when channel is Auto

Please include more info about your router, DD-WRT release and reset to help the devs to look at the problem

Thanks

Everything appears to be working except for the wireless virtual interface. If wireless security is disabled, the SSID is broadcast and is able to be connected to. When WPA2 Personal + AES is enabled, or WPA/AES or WEP, the SSID is not broadcast and cannot be connected to. Removing wireless security and rebooting the router restores the SSID to functioning but unsecured state.

I have the same issue...

Model: NetGear WNR2000v2
Version: dd-wrt.v24-26866_NEWD-2_K2.6_mini.bin

Works fine with my original version 17598. Tried version 26490 as recommended by the router database but have the same issue as well. I have noted that a new version 26947 is out today. Shall try that shortly...

Router: Linksys E4200 v1 (x2 units)
Firmware: DD-WRT v24-sp2 (05/09/15) mega - build 26866
Kernel: Linux 2.6.24.111 #25322 Sat May 9 00:31:58 CEST 2015 mips
Status: Working
Reset: 30/30/30 before and after flash
Errors: WDS using WPA2 not possible.

Have set up N Only, 2.4 GHz on wlan0 and N Only on 5 GHz on wlan1.
No way to make it work since some previous builds as well.
As soon as I disable security, they connect.
Am using Repeater bridge, but not as stable as it used to be in WDS using Kong 22000++.

Reference my previous post -
Appanrently there is a problem with the E1200v2 w/build 26866M in WDS mode.
It seems to drop wired port/ports??? at various times since I WDS it to the E2500.
This does not show in its log and I didn't notice while connected thru the E2500.
There are/was 4 dd-wrt devices, three desktops (wired), fire wireless clients (at various times)
all on other side of the E1200v2 switch and nobody reported a problem but it showed in my
main router as port down/up ... lasting anywhere from 2 - 3 seconds.... most all show down and back up within 2 seconds.
I replaced it with another device/switch and have no more port drops showing on main router.

Router: Buffalo WZR-1166DHP
Firmware: r26866
Previous: r26653
Reset: Reset to default after flash
Status: Working with some errors
Radio LEDs: Not working
Reset button: Not working

I turned off network.http.sendRefererHeader in my Firefox.
Now whenever I try to save a change in dd-wrt, this happens:

AC performance has improved significantly, though.
