Hi Daniel,
So the router which YAMon is installed on must be the internet provider modem?
It is the same scenario in my case, where my Asus router which YAMon is installed on, is connected to the provider modem via ethernet cable.
My _ispBillingDay is 29 so I tried the debug fix in settings. No change for me. I noticed that the 2 other folks who had success were running 3.4. I was running 3.3 so decided to upgrade with mixed success:
Upgraded to V3.4.3
Plus side: it did indeed fix my issue with loading the reports. It did clobber my users.js file but quickly recovered using your posted instructions. Thanks!
Tried to upgrade to 3.4.4. All files downloaded OK (with comparing status of "matches") but the install script had an error and the setup script failed at line 395:

NB - a number of the advanced (aka less commonly used) settings

If you want to use any of those features, you can edit your

Not sure if any of this is significant... Thanks for all that you do. Much appreciated!

Woo hoo! Thanks for the update (and your patience!)
Is there anyone else out there with _ispBillingDay of 29, 30 or 31? Can you also confirm that this fixes your issues?
still no access to tabs Daily, Monthly and Device.
are you getting any messages on the screen? Is the yellow alert visible beside the tabs? please send screenshots to questions@usage-monitoring.com and perhaps copy of your users.js (you will have to change the file extension to something other than .js (.txt works)
thanks for your patience & assistance.
HI, I deleted users.js - started with a new users.js, and redefined my devices. YAMon is running, collecting data and all the reports (tabs) are working.
I am getting some "unknown" devices which so far I am not able to identify as a device.
I suppose these are devices switching wifi between my router and the bridged access point.
I'm also seeing an incomplete device and strangely the IP address listed by yamon is the 1st dns server address provided by my ISP and not a device on my LAN.
I’m not seeing the ISP’s DNS server as mentioned above in YAMon but what little I know about networking it appears to be the ISP’s gateway. I looked up the erroneous YAMon device's mac address and EC:13:DB which is Juniper Networks. I don’t have any Juniper Network devices on my LAN. I just did a random tracert and it’s the same .1 IP address as the second hop so it definitely from the ISP.
Also are these YAMon gauges supposed to be live? I’m running YAMon on the wrt3200acm so very little moves the dd-wrt resource meter because the 1.8GHz has plently in the tank but I would think it would have some value registering?

<tl;dr> I add an incomplete entry when `arp` returns an IP address with an invalid MAC and the IP address does not match any active devices in your users.js file. The reason that I add these `phantom` entries is that there can actually be traffic associated with the IP address and without an entry in users.js, there is nowhere to tally that data.
If the IP address for the incomplete MAC matches a `real` entry in your users.js file, the traffic will be tallied against that device.

I have the same thing, since the last change in the Yamon package.
The link to the zip-file says 3.3.6. But the zip still is 3.3.4 and the readme.txt also says 3.3.4. _________________ _____________________________________________________

Please be specific about what problem you have... screenshots help.
The installer on the main download page does give you the indication that it is v3.4.3 but by default it should grab the current production versions of the files (v3.3.6). Interestingly, the manual install page (http://usage-monitoring.com/manualInstall.php) correctly identifies the 3.3.6?!?) I'll have to check whats going on.
I just checked and the gauges are working on my FTP site. I'll check at home as well. Back to you ASAP
As I mentioned previously I’m a YAMon newbie. I think for the most part I think everything was "kind of working" except the meters (or gauges) and the bogus ISP IP address. So I went back and re-ran the install commands to try to get the gauges working but still no response from the gauges.
I didn’t know what else to try so I stopped YAMon process and removed all the files and folders off the flash drive and re-ran the setup commands. Once again four files were deemed ***missing*** from setup so for a second time so I copied them back manually from the YAMon website & zip only this time I ended up with the above mentioned IN:CO:MP:LE:TE entry where I didn’t have that one earlier.
The install script is not writing at least four files to the flash drive, or at least that’s been my experience. Fortunately I backed up the router before starting this project so for now I removed the drive and restored my original configuration. I’ll try it again in a day or so on a test system, or on my main system when I have more time. At this time I have to another obligation that's a little more pressing but as soon as time permits I’ll be more than happy to try it again and provide screen shots and feedback or whatever else I see out of the ordinary on the next attempt. In the meantime I’ve attached a screen shot of the Juniper Networks mac address YAMon found just before I took YANon offline which is clearly not on our LAN.

@ 7kt_qlI thank you for confirming, That said the Load Average seem to be working
UPDATE: the meters aren't working on the R7800 either. I thought maybe it was a FireFox issue but it don't work with IE either. Second image are the missing files that needed to be copied manually

@05dyna - thank you
There seems to have been several problems with the update in mid march.
Here's another one. I'm not quite sure when it started, but it's recent. The scripts stops for no apparent reason.
The screenshot was taken at 22:00 today. The script stopped at 10:something.

yamon3.4.html differ, you could have the affected firmware.
