I have two adapters running on a R7000, Huawei E1750 and E3372, you have to provide us with lots more info.
Right now you provide zero info.

Interface layout and usage for your dongle:
MI_00 ppp dialup modem
MI_01 user interface (at cmd)
MI_02 network adapter (huawei_cdc_ncm + cdc_ncm + cdc_wdm)
MI_03 USB Mass Storage Device
MI_04 USB Mass Storage Device
ppp dialup on interface #0 will likely fail, either because of a ddwrt bug affecting many dongles or because of not being supported in the dongles firmware even though there is an interface for it.
(There has been quite a few Huawei dongles/firmwares for high speed mobile internet (LTE CAT3 and better) where slow speed ppp dialup doesn't work)
There is no support in ddwrt for the direct network adapter interface and you would likely need a linux kernel 4.4 in order to use the Huawei ncm protocol.

Yes previus builds work before 13/11-15 both yours and other builds, but after that cant get it to work.
So its very strange because never had problem before.

I attached Kong's r28815 kongac (01/15/16) for AC68U. It is the first Kong build on 4.4 kernel, older ones were on kernel 3.10.
I have all of Kong's releases since r28500 if needed. I have sent them to user CloneVince and were kindly uploaded to his unofficial Kong repository http://ddwrt-kong.clonevince.fr/
A few notes for Kong's K3_AC_ARM builds:
r28800 and older : kernel 3.10
r28815 - r29020 : kernel 4.4
r29020v2 and newer : kernel 3.10
