R-8500
Running for 3 days no problems, I then decided to assign my static IP leases in the services Tab like I have done dozens of times before. After setting up I saved, applied, then rebooted router and all clients. All clients could not connect to the router all said waiting for IP address. I then deleted all the assignments, applied and all clients connected no problem There seems to be a bug in the Static lease service.

Please try going to Status -> LAN, and delete the DHCP leases by pressing the Garbage Can icon. This may force the clients to request a new IP.

2.4ghz and 5ghz MACadd is the same, is this normal for DDWRT?
Just notice this because my son new phone which is connected to 5ghz channel always disconnects then connect then disconnects almost every second.
by changing the MAC of 2.4ghz just to make it different fix the problem.
I tried flashing the default firmware and it shows different Macs for each band.

Updated R8000, R7000, RT-AC68. Up without any issues 2+ days and counting.
This is the first time that passed beyond 2days without any issues ever since the build 29300(main router crossed 100+ days).
R8000 was worst affected router with all the firmware builds: > 29300 < 30465
I have been patiently waiting for this.

Updated via telnet from 8/16/16 release
DHCP running, DNSMasq running, 8 static leases, 2.4GHz 40MHly N-ony and 5GHZ 80Mhz AC-only, both with WPA2 AES
Nothing but stability and improvements over the last few Kong release - thx Kong
Signal strength and RX/TX rates from my many wireless devices seem a big higher from last release at quick glance.
PS - my first post as well - been using DDWRT for years, but thought I should join the community too. Cheers

Linksys EA 6900 (XvortexCFE) has the same problem
But after resetting with WPS button (but not from GUI or from erase nvram), I have the correct MAC addresses.
I do not know if you can reset with the WPS button (press WPS button, unplug, wait 10 sec, restore power and wait 25-30 seconds (on linksys the router starts flashing after approx 25 sec)), but it is worth a try

I tried this and it did not work! Really weird. I am certainly not a nubie to all of this and I tried everything. Even dropped to an earlier firmware and same result. The clients never seem to find an ip from the router. I went back to stock and everything works again (static ip).
I factory rest thrru the GUI and also the reset button. I even did a 30-30-30 before and after the flash. Same result.
One thing that does not work is the nvram telnet command but the other methods essentially do the same thing.
Now on stock any suggestions, this is so disappointing.
