Have flashed DDWRT to the router - did so using 30/30/30 hard reset. Router was working fine, but have now moved it -- unplugged it from the wall and set it up elsewhere.

The WiFi networks are showing up but I'm unable to connect. If I plug a LAN cable up to the router, and assign a static IP address, I can ping the box on the address I assigned, but can't access the web interface. Can someone help? Have tried 30/30/30 reset again, but to no avail.

Thanks,

AB

Can you telnet into your router? (see sticky threads especially the peacock thread at the beginning of this forum)

Telnet appears to respond .. but doesn't give me a login prompt. It did this earlier, then miraculously started working again .. albeit, I had to reprogram everything after the 30/30/30.

Weird ... I 30/30/30 reset it and it comes back with the same IP address (different from default) .. keep doing it, then all of a sudden, comes back with default settings and I'm able to program it again - until the next time the power in the house goes! Anyone have any idea what might be wrong?

Thanks.
