Status: Ok

Errors: None so far (running for about 24 hours)

I downloaded the new V3 firmware but DD-WRT stills reports my C7 V3 router as a V2. Bug?

Also, I now see in the Bandwidth tab an IPTV graph. Is this new to DD-WRT or just my router?

Bandwidth graph for IPTV new feature since r31494.
It won't show if your router is running in any mode that has WAN disabled.
Yea, I don't do IPTV either Razz

Router: D-Link DIR-300 A1
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r31571M std (03/04/17)
Kernel: Linux 3.2.86 #118943 Sat Mar 4 06:08:17 CET 2017 mips
Status: Broken
Reset: Yes, before and after
Errors: GUI is broken, unable to use it and/or change password. DHCP and telnet with default username/password works. See image below.

EDIT: The last working (GUI) firmware for this unit is r29837 (06/06/2016). Tried every firmware prior to r31571 and the only which worked for me is r29837.

Router: D-Link DIR-859 A3
Firmware Version: v3.0-r31571M std (03/04/17)
Status: Bad
Reset: No

Upgraded from 31544. Router crashed three times within an hour. Wifi and Lan lights on router still blinking, no internet connection and can't ping router LAN ip. Reboot the router and it's ok until it is placed under load.

Reverted back to 31544.

I haven't been able to find a build that doesn't seem to crash in this way at some point. Is anyone seeing this behaviour with other models?

Will not mount EXT2/3 USB drives
Will only mount FAT32 and NTFS USB drives

Could people with similar routers check if they can only mount FAT32/NTFS too?

I wouldn't mind switching from EXT2 to FAT32 but the transfer speed is shockingly bad with NTFS/FAT32

This is an old problem, thats why i sold this router, could only mount ntfs or fat32 partitions with shitty speeds (2MB/s) transfer. I think 2-3 years old story never fixed!

Build 29396 is the last build that can mount EXT2/3 and give 10MB/s transfer speeds

It's any build after that with the problem

I've set up a Samba server on my Raspberry Pi 3 instead now and moved the USB HDD to that so I can use the latest router firmware and not worry about USB

Still needs fixing though

Can I use this build instead of the one on the router database, 30796, to flash DD-WRT on my linksys WRT3200ACM router?

And is there a FW for flashing it back to stock?

Are you referring to the PPTP Client/Server or OpenVPN Client/Server?

I've been running my OpenVPN server on this same router (Archer C7 V2) and DD WRT build 31571 since 4/3/17 without any connection problems. Only thing i have noticed is the cipher always reverting to AES-256-GCM regardless of whether i have specifically set a different cipher in the Server and client configs. I have raised a ticket for this on TRAC.
