I've upgraded my linksys e2000 to latest dd-wrt k3.0 with SFE enabled in wan settings (default dhcp) but i cannot seem to get more than 100mbps in speedtests.
I was hoping to get as near as possible to my contract's 300/150.
upstream modem shows 1G link
I've also tested latest tomato shibby and with bcm_nat loaded i can get ~130mbps.
is someone getting more out of this old linksys ?

thanks

According to this post it may be new router time. Sounds like the e2000 cannot go faster.

Read through it and you will find where 95 seems about it for this router.

It should be getting over 100 Mb/s w/ SFE. You're testing wired I presume. What other settings have you changed from a reset (and manual set up)? And what build?

Edit: oh, your speedtest pic wasn't showing for me before. So it's working now? What did you change/do?

just plugged/configured it instead of main gateway as pppoe client - initially i was using it with dhcp wan (defaults) as a double nat device for speedtests
except this everything is factory default
