NTP not working until I run

Code:
stopservice process_monitor && startservice process_monitor

Device is AC68U, I'm using wireless repeater mode, the last working build for NTP was 34015.

update: 34780 --> 34780 (refresh build)
status: operational
reset: no
errors:
I think the refresh might have disabled QOS from functioning properly (only for limiting download speeds). I tested it out by trying to limit my download speed with very low numbers but am currently getting full speeds on speedtest.net. Interestingly QOS works for limiting upload speeds, it's just download speeds that's the problem.

Can someone else verify this as well?

This is happening with my R7000. Tried rebooting. Didn't help with this issue.

I may be wrong but it looks like ddwrt is now using busybox instead of iproute2 for ip command.
Code:
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root            17 Feb  4 11:26 arping -> ../../bin/busybox
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root            17 Feb  4 11:26 chroot -> ../../bin/busybox
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root            17 Feb  4 11:26 ip -> ../../bin/busybox
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root            17 Feb  4 11:26 ipaddr -> ../../bin/busybox
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root            17 Feb  4 11:26 iplink -> ../../bin/busybox
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root            17 Feb  4 11:26 iproute -> ../../bin/busybox
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root            17 Feb  4 11:26 iprule -> ../../bin/busybox
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root            17 Feb  4 11:26 iptunnel -> ../../bin/busybox
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root            17 Feb  4 11:26 readprofile -> ../../bin/busybox
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root            17 Feb  4 11:26 sendmail -> ../../bin/busybox
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root            17 Feb  4 11:26 telnetd -> ../../bin/busybox

unfortunately busybox's ip does not include support for ip neigh which breaks any script that rely on ip -6 n to discover / map local ipv6 devices.

ip neigh functionality was enabled for ARM devices here http://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/4965

using ip from kong's repo works but native ddwrt support would be preferable.

kong any chance on seeing a return of the full version of ip on ARM?

FWIW.
R7000.
Loaded in January. I had my router set to reboot every Sunday night ay 1 am.

Three weeks ago, I needed to set one computer to a static IP. Ever since that, I woke up to find my internet down every Monday. (For all computers)
Just simply rebooting the router and or modem doesnt resolve.
Shut off moden and router. Make sure modem fully booted. Boot router. This thorough reboot works great. But shorcuts dont work.

I have also been rebooting the static IP computer, but that doesnt seem to matter.

Hope this helps you guys somehow. I have turned off the weekly router reboot as of today.
