TL-WR741ND v2 is only 18db? why?

do "iw list" command, observe the max tx power for selected reg domain per channel. also cause the chip may be capable of X tx power, doesnt mean it will be available, there is also eeprom limits etc.

canada/united states/haiti/australia are some of the most open reg domains for tx power, select one of those, then whatever the reported tx power is, is the max of the radios, or eeprom limit.

i tryed canada/united states/haiti/australia all four same max is 18db even when i set 19 or 20 in wirelles than advanced settings of physical interface ssid
