Does any one have recommended settings for the R8500 running DD-WRT v3.0-r33615M kongac (10/31/17)?

My WiFi is stuck at 86.7mbps, cant seem to find the right combo to increase this.

I have not done the 30/30/30 reset, I read it was no longer required on the newer builds.

If that is what you are referencing to is there a way to do this via software or just the reset button?

I got the connection rating from win7 connection status and it agrees with the gui for the router under /Status_Wireless.asp.

Go to Commands under Administration tab and issue:
erase nvram && reboot

Those metrics are useless. Try a LAN-WLAN transfer.

Ahh found the issue,

Regulatory Mode needed to be set to 802.11d

Thank you for your help, even after the commands it didnt increase. Now after the reg mode, all my connection speeds are normal for their respective cards.

That's odd. Nobody ever touches that setting.

Think I am going to roll it back to stock.

The port aggregate doesn't work regardless or what I try.

Local NetBios names are not accessible most the time, have to direct ip.

USB3.0 HDD mounts dont seem to want to show up either.

Odd tho, I have an older router with an old version of DDwrt and all this but port bonding works on that.

Yeah the USB issue I have read it's quite recent. Before going back to stock I would try some latest 31xxx version or 30xxx, those were really stable before all these SFE/QoS came in and that's why I haven't update my routers yet. Though be aware that those are not KRACKS patched.
