Question
Anyone can show me how i would configure the WAN port to accept VLAN6?

i seem to have to enable that to get connectivity to my fibre provider.

(in addition to entering PPOE credentials yes).

I use LINKSYS 1200 so it is Marvell chipset.

The instruction i found on another site is this:
#
/interface vlan
add arp=enabled disabled=no interface=ether1-gateway l2mtu=1594 mtu=1500 \
name=vlan1.6 use-service-tag=no vlan-id=6

Should i enter this text to the CRON field or must it be in a file?
Anything else i should do?

Smile

For what chip-set?

State your router model.

Post in the chip-set forum for your router (Atheros, Broadcom or Marvell).
