I've got problems with a virtual Interface (unbridged!). After startup Wireless clients are getting DHCP adresses and everything is fine. Next day devices won't get a DHCP Lease. My Android Phone is trying to connect to the Network. After some try device says 'IP Configuration Error'.

Just curious what happens if you set the device with a static address? Will it connect then? I'd try that to see if it is just a DHCP service issue or all together connectivity issue. One thing that comes to mind is that the firewall is blocking ports 67 & 68 for DHCP requests. I'm just wondering if the clients initially get an address while the router is still booting but before it locks down the interfaces. Not sure if that could happen, but it makes sense in my mind! If you want details of what the firewall rules are allowing, SSH to the router and run "iptables -L -v -n". That will give you everything it's doing.
