HTTP Access restrictions does not work, how to report bug?

Website Blocking by URL Address and Website Blocking by Keyword does not work at all.
Acces restriction rule defined by client IPs (not an IP range).

Tested on DD-WRT v3.0-r35244 and DDWRT 10-17-2017-r33525
Router TP-Link TL-WDR3600 v1

I am refering to HTTP (not to the https) an example page to test:
http://fuk01.ps4.update.playstation.net/

DNSmasq can not solve the situation since i need URL blocking per particular IP / IP range.

I am not sure how to report a bug since latest version in bug tracking system is 2.4 and i amrefering to v3 beta for atheros.

any advice is welcome.

well restriction is not working but you can block
by ip or range ip using iptables rules it even works
better than blocking by DNSmasq additional rules

i would like to block particular web site for single internal IP.
Will that work with iptables rules? I did not play much with that but i don;t mind to learn Smile
