Hey guys im new to this site

Been doing some research about my WRT3200ACM and i get a lot of conflicting information, some people say it works fine others say its got new hardware that stops dd-wrt from working.

I did try to flash something i though was the right file but it killed my router just by chance the 30/30/30 worked and went back to stock.

So sorry to ask can my WRT3200ACM be flashed?

Also getting this when i try to download the file

error: /var/www/firmwares/releases//r30796-10-25-2016/linksys-wrt3200acm/ddwrt-linksys-wrt3200acm-webflash.bin does not exist

The 3200acm can indeed be flashed as mine is up and going on r35531.

But first off the firmware that you show in your second post is almost 2 years old 10/25/16 and that file is a webflash.bin which is really meant to flashed form the DD-Wrt UI Not the Linksys UI.
If you use the factory-to-DDWrt bin and flash from the Linksys UI and have a bad flash you will be able to recover, thats why I ALWAYS !!!! flash from the linksys UI with the factory-to-ddwrt bin.

Secondly a 30/30/30 reset has always been discouraged as it has been known to brick a unit with a quickness!!

Like Malachi said you need to read the Stickys at the very to of the forums before attempting to flash your router.

Take the time to read the first link thru a couple of times, and you should have a better understanding of how to flash your unit!!
