when will they really repair the main problems? Rolling Eyes

I have seen people complaining about the 5GHz wireless LAN.... maybe this is the priority as those routers are more expensive. Smile

I'm using Linksys EA2700, since the r33607 last year, my Wifi connections always disconnect suddenly and intermittently. But no wifi disconnections shown in my phone, it shows that connection is always on, but the TCP and UDP connections of apps and programs always hang, hang around several minutes each time, jam and no responses from my EA2700. And I don't know why, just IPv4 connections and 2.4GHz, but everything alright in wired connections.

From r35667, every build from April of this year, My EA2700 even never broadcast any SSID, so none of my mobile devices or Laptops could find this router AP, my EA2700 is not existed for them, let alone talking about "can connect my router or not"....... Rolling Eyes

Tested on EA6500V2 got same result, but something funny happened:

If I disabled the WAN port and reboot the router, Both Wi-Fi back to work again.

Looks like you can only use this firmware as internal AP.

You don't happen to have set up some port-forwarding, do you? Smile

Yes, the one with WAN port enabled do have port-forwarding on it, and all the 'Source IP' fields are empty.

Does that is the reason cause the Wi-Fi not working?

It could render the WAN inaccessible. A simple test is to change all blank "Source Net" field to "0.0.0.0/0", Save, Apply. If that enabled gave back internet (e.g. ping 8.8.8.8), then it's the bug.

Build 35898 has fixed this bug.
