Best Build for WRT54G v5

Excuse 'Crappy' 1st post so I'll clean it up.

Linksys WRT54G v5
Running DD-WRT v24-sp2 (10/10/09) micro - build 13064

Trying to cascade (WIRED) a couple of V5 to provide DUAL SSID (Private & Guest).
Main router is a Actiontec T3200 (stock firmware) 192.168.1.1 ---

I know these are old routers but this is for a small non-profit so $$ is an issue.

I would appreciate suggestions (or links) as to the best build to use. (I've see posts "Don't Use Router Database")

I also have WRT54GS v2, WRT54GS V6, WRT54GL V1.1 but not sure about their capability to run DUAL SSID.
