Help: 2.4Ghz & 5Ghz assign different IP range ?

I am trying to set it up so when I connect to the 2.4 band Wifi I get an ip between x.x.1.100-150 and when connect to the 5Ghz get an IP between x.x.1.151-200
Trying to stay on same subnet just different IP range. Thanks
