i have not svn check in private.
so i upload here,hope next dd-wrt version may update language file.thanks.

update detail:
correct some errors.
update to version svn 11296

problem:
chinese language not work at all,only very a little had translated, i guess this may be i add "new object()" line, and file end have an EOF(I don't know why the text editor add and EOF at end.)
now,i update today, test it.
