Hello.

To set up a domain name on my local network 192.168.x.y i use dd-wrt dnsmasq config file.
THe address of the domain is set to the address of the dd-wrt router as "address=/some_domain.com/192.168.x.y"

[code]listen-address=127.0.0.1,192.168.x.y

You didn't include the command's erratic output. It would help if you redo the command and show its output here.

Did you append suffix in Win10's network adapter TCP/IP settings?

"domain-needed" and "filterwin2k" in your DNSmasq config sounded fishy... I don't use them.

I am using default settings in both my DD-WRT router and Win 10 TCP/IP settings:
Code:
C:\Users\Someone>nslookup google.com
Server:  DD-WRT
Address:  192.168.1.1

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:    google.com
Addresses:  2404:6800:4005:805::200e
          216.58.203.46

C:\Users\Someone>nslookup
Default Server:  DD-WRT
Address:  192.168.1.1

> www.google.com
Server:  DD-WRT

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:    www.google.com
Addresses:  2404:6800:4005:805::2004
          172.217.24.36
