Searching from Senao devices forum, it seems that universal repeater mode is not yet supported by dd-wrt firmware for Engenius eoc-2610.

If i'm wrong, correct me and tell me, please, the url of such topic or wiki for Engenius eoc-2610 AP. Any excel sheet existed that lists supported/unsupported features in dd-wrt firmware version X.XX ? Confused:

Please, clarify details that i have not to buy additional Pro activation license when i bought Engenius hardware/router from dd-wrt online shop.

As Sash said, get creative.

You have to put it in Client mode of the SSID you want to repeat and then use VAPs to do a repeating function. The same is true for all Atheros devices.

it would be nice if a "step-by-step howto" specific to atheros chipset based router exists... Very Happy

There are hundreds of different things that can be done with dd-wrt on a device; writing a tutorial for every little thing is not realistic.

Go to the wireless tab and choose mode to be client, as well as adding a virtual interface. the virtual will be the one people connect to from your repeater.

Put the router in client mode and then add a virtual interface. Also activate WAN (Internet connection).

And if you want Autoap, you can use La Fonera version, I tested it and it works.
