Cannot connect to ECB9500

Iam trying to connect to my ECB9500 (Engenius) but in the web browser it cannot make the connection. I configured the IP adress in TCP/IPv4 (192.168.0.21) + submask in my laptop but it does not work. Anybody any suggestions?
