I would to know if anybody knows how to restore original (or change) MAC address to router DIR615 after web flash to ddwrt firmware.

Yes.
When you load "DIR-615-factory-webflash.bin" automatically the router´s MAC address is changed.
With command "nvram set lan_hwaddr=MAC" we can change the MAC address but only in the web interface. If you use "arp -a" command you can see that the MAC hasn´t changed really.
