DD-WRT v23 SP1-RC6 (05/14/06) micro Can only do 800kbps ????

I have a Belkin F5D7230-4 Version 2000. In client mode, it can only do around 800 kbps. I am connecting to a AP about 10 feet away,
signal -35
Noice -93
SNR 65 or so.
What think the problem is, in AP mode I get my full bandwidth (8000 kbps.)
Is this a possible bug or a network problem I have here?

Why do you use such an old and unstable version? Please try v2.3sp2
