Router: DIR-615 rev. H1
Status: works w/o any problems as Router, AP, RepeaterBridge
Reset: no, installed over previous FW, settings restored from file
Errors: no problems
all changes appear to be done by brainslayer. So you'd need brainslayer (or another developer) to track down what change affected your router from 31572 to 31690.
Also, an advanced user can download r31571 source, cross compile, test to make sure working, then update to r31630, test, if not working, update to revision halfway down, if working, update halfway up, etc., keep repeating until the broken revision is finally found. Then have developer fix the code.
I saw your ticket. A good idea to also include CPU chip and Linux version for DIR-810L. Use following commands through telnet or web-gui-run-commands:
cat /proc/cpuinfo
uname -a
That will help developers to better find the revision that maybe bricking your router. ie. changes may have ooccured to MT7620A, Linux or maybe even common source code. DD-WRT uses different kernel versions depending on router it is built for. Kernels from 2.6 to 4.9 are used.

OK. I just found out that Mediatek bought Ralink in May 2011. I'll assume DD-WRT using Ralink code for that chip. So, you were right putting this router under Ralink. =)
Just include in your ticket:
Linux DD-WRT 3.10.105 #2548 Sat Mar 4 08:25:22 CET 2017 mips DD-WRT
Ralink MT7620A ver:2 eco:3
MIPS 24KEc V5.0
Also, grab NVRAM size and include that too. Look under Status->Router->Space Usage. Likely 64 KB NVRAM but maybe not. There was NVRAM changes to code but I'm not sure if that caused any issues for your router or not.
Then hope that BrainSlayer or another developer finds the problem and fixes it for you. Good luck. Later.

I can get this installed without problems on my Asus RT-N10+ B1.
Can't seem to get the repeater options working. Trying to join a my network after looking at the site survey seems to render no results.
I've tried a few different versions but they all seem to do the same thing, which makes me believe either my setup is bad or my hardware doesn't support.
And since I see h8red is using the same model router, just the C1 Rev ... I think this is a user error.
