Same here -- except my Airlink AR430W says in the status and settings that it is WPA2 Personal Mixed but the client says there is no encryption at all and a number of leeches are connecting to my AP now.
+1
Same thing here again after 24 hours. The DIR300 v24pre-sp2 web ui shows WPA2/PSK/AES, but the clients say there is no encryption at all. If I ssh into the DIR300 and do iwconfig, it shows that ath0 is is master mode, and that encryption is off.
+! Same problem here, have been getting around it by just having the router reset itself every night, but yeah noticed it with OSX on my Macbook and verified through KisMac aswell..
I never saw this issue with SP1, and now updating to DD-WRT v24-sp2 (10/07/0 std I see it.
Router has been up for 3 days and I just noticed it.
iwconfig shows no encryption key.
OFF-TOPIC: I'm getting to hate this cheap router. My whole motivation for upgrading was in hopes that the site filtering URL/keyword feature would work, and it also appears to be broken. In addition, the device type shows as the DIR-300 when in fact I have a AR430W device.

On DIR-300 the site filtering is working well, you must edit "List of Clients".
Uptime is 50 hours. No more crypto problems. I did have a DHCP problem yesterday though. One of my PCs was not getting an IP address from the DHCP server. I removed the lease via the web ui, and the PC was offered a new IP address. Strange behaviour.
ar430w/v24sp1 here and wireless clients connect but can't communicate with others on lan ports when using WEP or MAC filtering. however, using WPA-Personal works. using WPA is fine for me now, but i believe i may have problems if i want to use WDS as it needs to use WEP?
and from other threads it looks like repeater/client bridging for atheros doesn't work and won't be supported in the future?
what are the pros and cons of not being able to use repeater/client bridging? i have a few airlink 430's and a week before the store will let me return them, so i wanted to know if i should keep them or find some broadcom hardware instead. (430's were only $15 at fry's.)
currently testing using SMC barricade as primary, 430w as secondary. i need to setup a few WDS repeaters for a 2WIRE modem/router (verizon/yahoo dsl) for another home i'm working on..
