While testing Setup/Networking.asp for the purpose of this topic http://www.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=400957#400957 I discoverded that when I select disable for WAN assignment instead of eth0 (client mode), the page layout changes (WAN port assignment not shown any more) and I found no way to bring it up back after twice apply of the disable setting but revert to factory defaults. If not, the PS is somewhat bricked as no shell is available (telnet ssh web gui shell) in the 24h trial.
In AP mode, the issue is the same, but when adding eth0 to br0, it comes back in the bridge table and remains even when the manual assignment is removed.
It would be fine if some expert could give us specific howto or tuto for these ubiquiti devices, particularly the default logical devices assignments for both AP and client modes and the "master pages" which drive the changes in other pages (wireless? setup? networking?)

OK, but since build 12533 (the virus build) I decided to flash only to the latest recommanded. OK I'll have a look at trac to see what's new (if I ever understand something)
Thank you Sash
BTW, don't know if you are aware, since 12533 I noticed that when using remotly (wan) the httpS gui (with firefox), it often hangs just after an Apply operation and I have to killall httpd then wait it restarts to gain back access.
Bye bye
