I've switched to WPA2-Personal wit AES encryption, but the same, i only get 54mbit/sec :(
Is there something else i can check?

May we know what type or model of wireless adapters are trying to connect to your DIR-600? I did try 14896 for a while and upon installation I immediately got 150mbps without even changing any options in the DD-WRT admin page.
Btw, I reverted back to D-Link v.2.03 since I was so disappointed with DD-WRT's signal quality which was below D-Link's official firmware. I love DD-WRT's tons of tweaking options but I will wait for a new build to come out before I flash my DIR-600 to DD-WRT again.
The router works well, without any "bug", but I cannot get more than 9 or 10 Mb/s from wifi (I've not tested via LAN). If I test with my WL-500W via wifi/lan I can get something like 30 Mb/s and +70 Mb/s respectively (speedtest.net doesn't show me more than 70Mb/s). My Internet connection offers a total of 122 Mb/s for download.
I've read a bit and it seems that the official firmwares are much more optimized regarding WLAN throughput.
I would like to know if there are DD-WRT users that could/can achieve better performance and how.
I've tried all the possible settings, like channel's, N, NG Mixed, 20/40Mhz, WPA2 AES, etc, etc.

Hi all,
I've done further testing with my DIR-600. It seems the problem was on my modem/router that for some reason did not interacted well with the DIR-600.
Even with the default firmware I couldn't get more than 10Mbits... After a reboot on my ZON Hub router (Hitron) I could achieve 90Mbits on cable and 70Mbits via wireless.
