I am using Linux Ubuntu so I don't know if this is the right guide for you..
First take your CF and copy the nvram folder fro your working build, and then I was using Dban boot cd to wipe the CF,after that I was using Image-Writer to flash the CF.
Put the CF in your router and boot-up if you cant see dd-wrt with your wifi client then your missing the third partition and then you put the CF back to your pc an use Gparted to format the third partition in EXT2 format.
If you can see dd-wrt with your client then you just need to copy your nvram to the third partition, you also do this if you format the third partition.
To copy the folder I was using Krusader in root mode,to do that just start Terminal and write "sudo su" hit enter..and then your password and enter..and write "krusader" and enter.
And after you have copy it back to your CF then you need to change the read and write permission to full for all users.
After that you can put the CF back in your router an boot up..
My settings you can see on the pictures, but it didn't work in turbo mode..
