Hello,
I am trying to setup a wireless bridge.
I successfully installed v24 sp2 beta build 25815 on my DIR - 810LA router but when I login to the dd-wrt router, the option for "Client Bridge" is missing from Wireless Mode drop down.
All instructions suggest that I use "Client Bridge" but the option is not available.
any idea what I may be missing?

@eshc78 thank you for your reply and suggestion.
I installed the 27506 build as suggested but still don't see the "Client Bridge" option.
Anything else I should try??

here are the options available to me. I don't know why Client Bridge is not one of the options.

You probably need to direct questions about that router to the 'Ralink' department here http://www.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewforum.php?f=50
Repeater Bridge should be same as Client Bridge (Routed) AFAIK I don't do Ralink routers but that is the way it works with broadcom routers.

u have a mediatek router posting in the atheros forum..it has repeater/repeater bridge which does client bridge function, i dont see a problem here
in atheros client bridge = "fake" bridge with ability to create a vap if wanted
in broadcom/mediatek repeater bridge = "fake" bridge with ability to create a vap if wanted
at least thats what its been like for years.
(wds as always is a true proper bridge) _________________LATEST FIRMWARE(S)

Hello All,
just wanted to close this thread off.
The "Client Bridge" option still does not show on my router.
I've taken the advice above and set it up as a "Repeater Bridge". That has worked for me.
thank you all for your help!
