Routing all traffic from a WZR-HP-AG300H to a openvpn server

I have a WZR-HP-AG300H running the buffalo firmware and I have set it up as a openvpn client and I think it's connected OK to a openvpn server, at least I can ping the server from the WZR-HP-AG300H on the vpn IP address (it doesn't work the other way around I guess this needs fixing, I did have it working).

What I can't figure out is how to get the WZR-HP-AG300H to route all traffic via the vpn.

I'm currently using the web interface but would be happier doing it all via ssh but I haven't found any documentation to follow -- there are a examples of how to connect clients to a WZR-HP-AG300H openvpn server but I haven't found any guides for setting it up the other way around.

Any pointers?

we dont support the buffalo firmware. thats what the buffalo support gets payed for.
