Reset: no

Enabled QoS > WLAN drops packets and clients disconnects
Disabled QoS > all works fine (some TX DMA errors and "xt_CT: No such helper "ddtb"" in dmesg)

LAN and Qos works fine together.

An update: WLAN is unstable with QoS disabled too.
Works fine for about 12 hours and clients start to drop packets. No errors on dmesg or interface counts.
Please let me know how can I help to point what is going on.

Router Model: Buffalo wzr-hp-g300nh2
Status: ok
Reset: yes
Errors: no

Web upgrade from r25954 failed, and I de-bricked it by tftp-putting buffalo_to_ddwrt_webflash-MULTI.bin of r27147.

Tested functions:
USB Drive/NAS
PPTP Server
OpenVPN Server
OpenVPN Client with multiple profiles saved in JFFS
nsupdate DDNS (install openwrt ipks in jffs)

Issues:

1. Syntax error in pptpd/ip-down.

Workaround: See #3396 comment:11
Fix: #3396 comment:16

2. Samba server is not started on boot, although /tmp/smb.conf is created. See #3871
Workaround:
Quote:
root@DD-WRT:~# stopservice samba3
root@DD-WRT:~# startservice samba3

So, wouldn't that count as "Errors: Yes"?

Downgrade to 27096 and WLAN is stable again, maybe a kernel issue?

Starting with build 27119 the Linux Kernel was migrated to more recent versions on certain routers; see this line taken from the changelog in my signature:
Mod: Port units to K3.10/K3.18 http://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/3280#comment:97

Your router TL-WR941Nv3 had K3.5 on build 27096, but now it's K3.10 on latest 27147. That might be a good thing, but sometimes it's not (newer kernel is not always the best).

WR941Nv3 has the same WiFi as the WR1043NDv1: Atheros AR9103, so you might experience the exact same issues as WR1043NDv1 users do. Start reading this long thread here, and you'll understand that it's just outdated, buggy hardware: http://wwwn.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=951251#951251

After reading your link, I think I'm facing the same problem.
But, with kernel 3.5 WLAN is stable, so I we keep this release at least until 3.18 is released.
Thanks

The hardware is crappy yeah, but it has never received such a great dd-wrt build like 27096. Been running it on 4 1043 units of my family without a single wireless drop so far, even under heavy traffic.
I would vote to return these units to kernel 3.5 if that was possible, as they are not likely to receive focus on development anymore.

Tried build 27147 on wr841n. Works okay.

I noticed the rate @ 144.444 Mb/s in the status page and thought what the weird rate meant until I saw the bug page

Hmmm.. "kernel 3.10 goes EOL in 3 months (September 2015)". Checking..

Kernel: 3.10
Maintainer: Greg Kroah-Hartman
Released: 10-24-2011, longterm release 6-30-2013
End of Life: 9-2015

Well, that's not good.

It seems to be pretty good build.

I'm wondering if someone was able to run successfully OpenVPN on this build?

One thing I've noticed with this build on both of my routers (TL-WDR3600 & DIR-615/E3), is that sometimes the web GUI doesn't respond. I go to http://192.168.1.1 and get a blank page. After loading it over and over again, it finally comes up. With the build before this one, my DIR-615/E3 completely failed to respond when trying to access the web GUI via wireless and wired; I had to reset the router and it then started responding.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I'm experiencing a similar thing - Netgear WNDR3700 V1 and DLink DIR615 E3.

http://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/4141

27143 is fine so its commit 27144,27145,27146 or 27147 causing the problem.
