WNDR3700v4
DD-WRT v3.0-r30471 std (08/24/16)
Linux 3.18.40 #1823 Wed Aug 24 06:51:43 CEST 2016 mips
previous
30432 std (08/16/16)
Linux 3.18.38 #1497 Tue Aug 16 06:04:13 CEST 2016 mips

GUI install - No Reset
Radios good
unbound good
target DNS on ath0.1 good
QOS good
restricted QOS on ath0.1 good
ssh remote good
https remote good
Samba share good
all smb seems better
UPnp good
Yay - I like it
---- :~# uptime
17:50:11 up 58 min, load average: 0.05, 0.06, 0.01

---- and then there's this
build 30471
wrt160nl-firmware = 8,012,800 bytes
e2100l-firmware.bin = 8,008,704
too big damnit
dd-wrt 29816 is last known build that would fit on these routers - both @7,963,648 bytes.
Strange --- E2100L & WRT160NL firmware has always been byte for byte same size
until build 30284 ... all too big to fit but since 30284 even different size

--- testmy.net ping statistics ---
25 packets transmitted, 24 packets received, 4% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 25.098/29.846/40.452/4.358 ms

This done from old MAC PPC --- the one packet loss was at exact time test switched from DL to UL in browser.
I know for sure there is also a hulu & a Netflix stream going among few other things I reckon.
and - these test done within 1 minute of each other - dslreports.com from WIN10 PC -

http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest/4804883
FYI- 9 times out of 10 dslreports.com gives me a shitty UL rate. I used to blame it on webserver traffic but
it aint so ... dslreports.com ain't good at UL -

Is there any simple way to know what is included in each release? Just a simply changelog or something? I´m sure that could make the avaliation process very easier.

Regards

After reboot the the routes did not want accept http connection for ~ 5-6 times. Not reload the page after soft reboot, not in new tab of the Chrome browser.

After that it was accessed and the free memory seems be OK. For the first minutes of it's work.

Router(s): See signature.

Status: OK.
Reset: no

My D-Link DIR-862L A1, did not take the web upgrade. It bricked. I had to recover it using D-link Recovery Room, then the factory-to-dd-wrt file went fine.
