Router: TP-Link TL-WDR4300 v1
Reset: Yes
Status: Working but with connectivity problems
Errors: Wifi is working only on some devices. My PC and nexus 5 (both N 2.4GHz) are working fine, but my HP tablet and xbox one (also both N 2.4GHz) can't find the 2.4GHz signal.
If I revert to build 06/06/16 without any reset it will work fine, but after update to any other newest build (17/06 or 20/06) it get broken again

Are you using N-Only? Try changing to N/G Mixed. This solved a similar problem I had with Archer C7.

Thank you for the reply, I'm using Network Mode = 'Mixed' as I always had used since a long time ago through many dd-wrt builds.
This problem occour only on 16/06 and 20/06 builds, but I updated to latest 24/06 build (without reset and without change any setting) and now it's working fine again

Issues common with this 2 builds:
1)This router has 2 buttons:
- WPS/Reset button: not working
- Wifi on/off - not working as in stock, but functioning as a Reset button.
Question: wich one is SES button?
2) Wifi issues on making it operate in 300Mbps rate as in stock. Sometimes I can make it operate 300Mb/s, but just sometimes, nomatter how I try to modify settings ( Network Mode, Channel width)... nothing works. Seem kind of messy to me...
3)USB lights led is off nomatter if I enable USB support. This Works well in stock. Related to next point.
4) Samba issues on the Usb port. Comparinng with stock again where fat32 and ntfs works, but also external HDD with those two windows partition tables, and also with multipartitioned HDDs. I need fat32, ntfs, and ext2,3,4 to work for a multipartitioned HDDs in ddwrt fw.
5)Web Gui problems observed:
- Everytime I flash a dd-wrt beta build web gui cannot be accessed on standart 192.168.1.1 and have to cold restart the router couple of times to get in the GUI (no probs in stock .
- After "Applying Setiings" button push(after modifying some stuff), there comes some unresponsive Gui (html like) and have to cold restart again to work.
- An exemple: of the same behavior is after flashing a ddwrt FW entering Basicsetup>Automatic config.-DHCP>Apply Button provokes the same unresponsive html like webgui page, when have to cold restart again in order to work.
Hope to be of help this testing of mine. I'm newbie and sorry for the english...
