Hello,

I am trying to purchase a Professional activation, and am being forced to choose a shipping method.

The shipping price is between 39.00 and 150.00 euro.

Is there no way to simply purchase the activation key and have it delivered electronically?

Wow. Nice response. That was so helpful. "NO"??? is that the best you can come up with. What a way to promote and sell your product.

The fact of the matter is that the wording on the site indicates that you have to pay shipping or "pick up in person". Since I won't be in Europe anytime soon, that didn't seem like a resonable option.

I received no feedback to this post (until this gem of an reply) and delayed feedback from the contact option on the store site.

You may want to consider being a bit less of a dick to potential customers.

Hi jffrybauer, normally you should not have cost for shipping, and as far I remember, the price for the license is 20 or 25 Euros including the superchannel option.

I bought a few weeks ago a license and had no issue. I think you ordere something else, and that's why you got probably those strange costs.

About Sash, he is a nice guy, always willing to help, but consider two things :

Answering people that do not even read the stickies nor the rules of the forum is time consumming. The second thing, is that Sash has become a kind of binary'guy ... 0 or 1. In your case it was 0 !

Just give another try to the shop, and clear your internet explorer before. Have a nice evening.

Actually means that I can pay with a credit card and receive an electronic download of the activation code.

As for "Answering people that do not even read the stickies nor the rules of the forum is time consumming" - I don't think it would have been too hard for some one to explain the purchase option. Unless I missed it, there's no wiki or stiki or whatever that says "Pickup and pay cash = electronic delivery and credit card", maybe some one should update the wiki.

Does it appear the store on the site is confusing and unclear on how to order the activation: 1

Was Stash's response appropriate to a potentially paying customer: 0

Back. I do live in Romania, and did use Paypal as payment method. I had no issues at all with it. You can see the picture below.

Sounds really strange :

I suggest you send an email directly to DD-WRT, and tell them about your issue, I am sure they can help you manually. BTW, expect 24h to get the license key, they do proceed manually the paiements.

PS: Sash is not part of DD-WRT, just a forumer as we are Little bit different, but how would be this forum without him and GeeTek ? Both are great guys !

Come back to dd-wrt, it is really a great firmware. Yu wont regret it.
